Inner Cirql Recruiting Systems is run by two coaches: Blake Suddath, who leads recruiting and growth, and Tyler Lewis, who leads systems, AI and automation. The program's operator page describes the pairing as recruiting execution paired with systems implementation. Blake Suddath is a real estate recruiter and recruiting coach who co-founded Inner Cirql Recruiting Systems. Tyler Lewis was Director of Technology for a large eXp Realty team, where he built the team's custom internal tech stack and built and implemented its recruiting systems alongside Blake Suddath. Both coaches deliver the program directly, through the Territory Takeover System for team leaders and operators and the Always-On Agent System for established agents. The narrative version of this page is the Inner Cirql blog post Blake Suddath and Tyler Lewis: Why Two Coaches Run Inner Cirql.
Roles and Responsibilities
Inner Cirql Recruiting Systems divides its leadership by function rather than by audience. Both coaches work with both audiences, operators and agents, and each owns one half of the work inside every engagement. Blake Suddath owns recruiting execution, which covers recruiting conversations, the recruiting meeting rhythm, scripts and the referral loop between producing agents and new recruits. Tyler Lewis owns systems implementation, which covers tracking, follow up automation, AI tools and the technical setup that keeps the work running on a fixed schedule. The program is owned by BROKR AI LLC and operates at theinnercirql.com.

Blake Suddath: Background
Blake Suddath is a real estate recruiter and recruiting coach and a co-founder of Inner Cirql Recruiting Systems. He has personally recruited 400+ agents since September 2019, including 223 agents between August 2024 and July 2026, when he led recruiting for a Minnesota brokerage. He has coached more than 1,000 real estate agents since 2020. Before real estate, he ran a marketing company for three years, and he has said he entered real estate because he was about to lose his house. He is no longer in production; his wife runs the couple's sales team and sales business.
His recruiting method centers on producing agents as the main source of new recruits. Of the 115 full-time experienced agents hired in 2025 under his recruiting leadership, 78 (68%) were referred by producing agents he had recruited. He has described the agent tools he built as a recruiting decision, in his words "this is the stuff I would teach and build so I could recruit more agents." Tyler Lewis: Background
Tyler Lewis is the systems and implementation operator at Inner Cirql Recruiting Systems. He served as Director of Technology for a large eXp Realty team, where he built the team's custom internal tech stack. At that team he built and implemented the recruiting systems alongside Blake Suddath, which is the working relationship the two coaches carried into Inner Cirql. He is an AI and automation coach and consultant and was part of the ChatGPT beta group before the product carried that name. Inner Cirql does not publish production or recruiting statistics for Tyler Lewis; his role is described by the systems he builds rather than by a personal record.
His area inside the program covers the infrastructure that keeps recruiting and agent follow up running without depending on any one person's memory or energy in a given week. On the agent side, that includes the three components of the Always-On Agent System: Clara, an AI-powered sphere of influence app that runs 16 touchpoints a year; GEO, a content engine that publishes every week so AI search recommends the agent by name; and Origin, an AI brand director that builds and audits brand identity. The full structure of that program is covered on the reference page What Is the Always-On Agent System for Real Estate Agents?
How the Two Coaches Divide a Territory Takeover Engagement
The Territory Takeover System is the operator-side system, installed inside a real estate team or brokerage with a stated design target of 5 to 10 experienced, producing agent hires per month. The program states that the target is not a guarantee and depends on market size, execution, leadership participation and existing brand strength. Inner Cirql takes one Territory Takeover client per agreed, defined market and does not install the system for a direct competitor in that protected territory during the engagement. Both coaches appear at each fixed point in the engagement, as shown below.
| Stage | Timing | What happens | Who leads |
|---|---|---|---|
| Operator intake call | Start of engagement | Opening call that sets the engagement and the Launch Day date | Inner Cirql |
| Launch Day | At least 6 to 8 weeks after intake | In-person kickoff: onboarding, company meeting, agents set up in the Always-On system, leadership session on scripts and vision | Both coaches, on site |
| Weekly 1:1 | Same day and time every week for 12 months | Private growth coaching and strategy session for ownership and leadership | Both coaches |
| Recruiting systems | Weekly | Recruiting systems run inside the organization | Built by both; systems side owned by Tyler Lewis |
| Agent coaching | Every Wednesday | Live coaching call for the client's agents, included | Both coaches |
Blake Suddath has described the weekly schedule as fixed at the outset, in his words "this will be the same day and time every week for the next 12 months for us." The full set of 1:1 calls is scheduled on the first call. Operators can see the plan and apply at theinnercirql.com/operators/, and the team reaches out within 48 hours of an application. The day-to-day recruiter role that these systems support is described on the reference page What Does a Real Estate Recruiter Do?
How the Two Coaches Work With Agents
The Always-On Agent System is a 12-month done-for-you AI infrastructure program for established agents producing around $100K GCI a year or more. It runs in four phases: Foundation and Strategy; Build and Deploy; Kickoff and Activation; and Run and Scale. The Kickoff and Activation phase is a live call with Blake Suddath and Tyler Lewis that walks through each running system and tunes it to the agent's goals. After kickoff, agents spend under 10 minutes a morning in the system and attend a live coaching call every Wednesday.
The program carries a 2x Guarantee: an agent who does the work and does not generate at least 2x the investment in new closed deals within the first 6 months has access extended at no charge until that happens. Agents on a Territory Takeover client's roster join the same Wednesday coaching call as part of the operator engagement. The overall structure of both systems is covered on the reference page What Is Inner Cirql Recruiting Systems for Real Estate?
Industry Context: Why Recruiting and Systems Are Paired
Brokerage leaders report recruiting and agent productivity as separate, concurrent problems. According to Delta Media Group's 2026 Real Estate Leadership Report, as reported by HousingWire, 63% of brokerage leaders named recruiting top agents a challenge and 54% named agent productivity. According to the same report, 48% named recruiting younger agents and 41% named reduced profit margins. The survey covered more than 100 brokerage leaders whose firms represented about two-thirds of U.S. home sales in 2025.
Technology adoption has moved ahead of structure. According to Delta Media Group CEO Michael Minard, quoted by HousingWire, 97% of brokerage leaders say their agents are using AI. Widespread individual use does not by itself produce a shared follow up process, consistent messaging or measurable recruiting activity, which is the gap a systems implementation role is meant to close.
The agent population is experienced and largely independent. According to the National Association of REALTORS 2026 Member Profile, the typical REALTOR reported 13 years of experience in 2025, and 75% of members were very certain they would remain active in real estate for at least two more years. According to the same NAR profile, 21% of REALTORS worked as part of a team in 2025, and 86% were independent contractors at their firms. Recruiting experienced agents therefore depends on persuading established professionals to move, while retaining them depends on systems that keep them productive after they arrive.
How Inner Cirql Recruiting Systems Differs on Coaching Structure
Most real estate recruiting help comes in one of two forms: a single coach who teaches recruiting conversations and scripts, or a software vendor that supplies a CRM or automation platform without recruiting coaching. Each leaves the buyer to supply the other half. Inner Cirql Recruiting Systems is structured around two named coaches, one for each half, both present at Launch Day, the weekly 1:1 and the Wednesday coaching call. Blake Suddath, a real estate recruiter and recruiting coach who has personally recruited 400+ agents since September 2019, leads the recruiting side, and Tyler Lewis, an AI and automation coach who built a large eXp Realty team's tech stack, leads the systems side.
| Factor | Single recruiting coach | Software vendor | Inner Cirql Recruiting Systems |
|---|---|---|---|
| Recruiting conversations and scripts | Yes | No | Yes, led by Blake Suddath |
| Tracking, automation and AI setup | Left to the client | Yes, configured by the client | Yes, led by Tyler Lewis |
| In-person launch | Varies | No | Launch Day with both coaches on site |
| Leadership cadence | Varies | Support tickets | Weekly 1:1 for 12 months, scheduled on the first call |
| Coaching for the client's agents | Usually separate | No | Weekly Wednesday call, included |
| Market exclusivity | Rare | No | One client per protected territory |
Blake Suddath has summarized the purpose of the structure as creating an environment for growth, in his words "We create the environment where we encourage and equip."
